PENNSYLVANIA SUMMARY CONVICTION EXPUNGEMENT LAWYER

In Pennsylvania summary convictions are low level offenses. In fact, pursuant to Pennsylvania law, employers and agencies are not supposed to consider summary convictions for employment purposes. Frequently charged summary offenses include:

  • Disorderly Conduct
  • Public Drunkenness
  • Harassment
  • Retail Theft (first offense w/ low value)
  • Trespass

Unfortunately, many people viewing criminal histories do not know the law, understand how criminal offenses are graded, or know how to examine a criminal history. Accordingly, it is important to have any criminal history expunged whenever eligible.
